What is Advanced Bodywork?

Advanced bodywork is an umbrella term for a wide variety of hands-on techniques, primarily used to treat the body’s soft-tissue (muscles, tendons, fascia, ligaments, organs). Bodywork is also frequently used treat the spine, joints, structural/postural problems and occasionally emotional issues/trauma. Bodywork draws from a wide range of therapies/disciplines and includes many new and exciting ‘cutting edge’ techniques, most of which originate from the West. Bodywork includes, but is not limited to, advanced remedial massage and many of the techniques used are very different to massage. Bodywork can often help where conventional medicine & more widespread therapies may offer only limited relief, particularly with pain conditions!

£10 - call out charge for home visits
